Senior People Business Partner, Product & Marketing

📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into people strategies.
• Serve as trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Lead full-cycle talent reviews including succession planning, calibrations, promotions, and compensation.
• Collaborate with TA, Total Rewards, and Talent Management to deliver a seamless experience.
• Provide people analytics to leadership; reveal org health and talent gaps; translate into actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven PBP to VP-level leaders in fast-paced tech.
• Strong grounding in HR domains: performance, talent mgmt, employee relations, org effectiveness, and compensation.
• End-to-end People programs (assessments, calibrations, comp reviews) with data-driven insights.
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams across regions/time zones; EMEA familiarity.
• Comfort with change/ambiguity; strong async communication with TA, Total Rewards, and People teams.
