Senior People Business Partner, R&D

📋 Description

• Partner with R&D leaders to align people strategy with priorities.
• Provide strategic guidance on people challenges for scaling tech teams.
• Coach managers through performance, org design, talent planning, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with TA, People Ops, Compensation, Finance, and Legal to deliver scalable People programs.
• Lead org design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews.
• Use people data and insights to inform decisions and improve team effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a People Business Partner in fast-paced or scaling environment.
• Experience supporting Engineering, Product, or other technical organizations.
• Strong experience across performance management, employee relations, organizational design, talent planning, compensation, and talent reviews.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and coach leaders through complex people challenges.
• Data-informed approach to problem solving and decision making.
• Working knowledge of UK employment law.
