Significant HRBP experience in a genuinely multi-country European/Middle East environment
Broad knowledge of European and Middle East employment practices and experience navigating complex
Experience supporting multiple functions—ideally some combination of Sales, G&A and technical
Strong grounding across performance management, employee relations, talent management
A builder mentality in a truly 0->1 or 1->2 organization
