• Deep professional expertise and practical consulting experience across Human Resources, HR Business
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead and resolve highly complex, ambiguous advisory cases
• Proven experience advising senior leaders on sensitive leadership, performance, team effectiveness
• Exceptional coaching, communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills, including the
• Strong understanding of leadership effectiveness, organisational dynamics, performance management
• Familiarity with EMEA employment practices and employee representation processes, including works
