🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years HR experience with 5+ in HRBP in tech/fintech/high-growth
• Proven track record solving complex problems and managing change
• Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders
• Experience with HRIS and analytics tools (Power BI) to present data
• Structured analytical skills and judgement
• Experience managing multiple projects, on time and within budget
