📋 Description

• Lead immigration and travel compliance programs for Latitude AI, coordinating with employees and
• Manage immigration cases, filing timelines, and document accuracy
• Support onboarding of foreign national employees and travel logistics
• Develop internal resources and training on immigration policies
• Collaborate with People Operations on recruitment, compensation, and benefits integration
• Monitor changes in U.S. immigration laws and communicate updates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 4+ years in immigration law or HR with immigration focus
• Knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and employment-based processes
• Experience preparing and filing immigration applications (H-1B, O-1, TN, PERM)
• Experience managing international travel programs
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to handle sensitive information
