๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own onboarding/offboarding end-to-end incl HRIS, I-9s, system changes, and exits
  • Ensure multi-state compliance incl EEOC, harassment training, and leave management
  • Support payroll administration in partnership with Finance
  • Manage employee data changes incl location updates, role changes, and visa inquiries
  • Serve as primary benefits contact; partner with employees and vendors
  • Manage engagement/pulse surveys; setup, tracking, reporting

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years HR/People Ops experience, ideally at a startup
  • Multi-state compliance, benefits administration, and leave management
  • Experience managing engagement programs; new hire and manager trainings
  • Track, analyze, and report HR metrics to drive decisions
  • Payroll and full-cycle recruiting experience a plus
  • Highly organized with a collaborative, people-first approach
