Senior people operations generalist

📋 Description

• Lead all stages of the employee lifecycle: pre-boarding to offboarding.
• Define, document, and improve people operations processes and practices.
• Lead initiatives from scoping to execution: events, programs, policy rollouts.
• Lead automation using WRITER's AI platform to streamline processes and connect tools.
• Administer and optimize HRIS and tooling; build dashboards for key metrics.
• Manage compliance across federal, state, and local employment regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in HR/people ops, or related ops in a high-growth tech company.
• Ability to design and implement processes from scratch.
• Strong PM skills: organized, deadline-driven, multi-workstream.
• Systems-thinking mindset; map workflows and build for scale.
• Experience with people analytics: dashboards, trends, data-driven decisions.
• Hands-on HRIS experience; improve HR operational systems.
