Senior People Operations Partner, APJ

📋 Description

• Support regional implementation of People programs and initiatives
• Support performance management, talent, and compensation processes
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful program execution
• Manage regional workstreams for high-impact organizational projects
• Partner with the Global Compliance & Infrastructure Lead to operationalize global compliance
• Coordinate implementation of policy updates and employment-related requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in People Operations within a global, multi-country organization
• Demonstrated experience supporting and driving People initiatives across APJ, ideally including
• Strong understanding of country-specific employment practices, compliance requirements, and People
• Experience supporting international growth and expansion, including entity setup/transitions
• Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional, multi-country initiatives and
