🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in HR Generalist/People Ops/HRBP in Japan
• Knowledge of Japanese labor law, payroll, social insurance
• Experience with external payroll vendors/HR partners
• Experience across onboarding, performance cycles, offboarding
• Ability to handle confidential matters with care
• Ability to turn ambiguous issues into clear actions
