📋 Description

• France payroll governance for 400 employees.
• France payroll SME; oversees 400 employees.
• Own automation projects in People Ops; drive data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT and 8-country EMEA teams.
• Tools: Lucca, BambooHR, Silae, Siit, Dust, Google Workspace.
• Paris or Bordeaux-based CDI; 4 days on-site per week.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in People Ops, HRIS, or Payroll Ops.
• Strong French payroll expertise and administration.
• Advanced HR tools and data skills: HRIS, Excel/Sheets, reporting.
• Experience leading international HR projects.
• English at professional level (C1).
• Interest in automation and no-code tools.
