📋 Description

  • Act as SME for France payroll processes (400 employees).
  • Own HRIS governance and People tools improvements.
  • Design and automate HR workflows; lead automation projects.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in People Operations, HRIS, or Payroll Ops.
  • Strong expertise in French payroll processes.
  • Advanced HR tools and data skills: HRIS, Excel/Sheets, reporting.
  • Experience leading international HR projects.
  • Professional English at C1 level.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and decisive in fast-moving env.
  • Service-oriented with strong stakeholder collaboration.
  • Interest in automation, no-code tools, continuous improvement.
