Senior People Operations Specialist (all genders)

📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle across Europe: contracts, onboarding, changes, leaves.
• Run monthly payroll with external providers; internal payroll/benefits lead.
• Ensure labor law compliance across markets; coordinate with local counsel.
• Own and improve HRIS, data quality, integrations, workflows, reporting.
• Administer and evolve benefits (budget, mental health, hardware, learning days).
• Drive AI adoption in People Ops: pilot, document, and standardize.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in People Operations/HR Ops, in scaling tech/SaaS.
• Hands-on multi-country European employment experience (Austria, Germany, Spain).
• Labor-law knowledge across major EU markets; work with local counsel.
• Experience supporting rapid headcount growth or M&A integration.
• HRIS ownership experience: administer a system end-to-end.
• Professional English; Polish a plus; international team experience.
