📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to leaders and managers across assigned business groups
• Support a globally dispersed workforce by adapting people practices to local laws, norms, and
• Coach managers on performance, feedback, development, and leading distributed, cross-cultural teams.
• Build trust quickly and serve as a steady, empathetic resource during growth, change, and difficult
• Lead employee relations matters with fairness and discretion, including investigations and

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR business partner or generalist experience including supporting leaders
• Experience partnering with multiple business groups or functions simultaneously and adapting
• Hands-on experience supporting employees and managers across multiple countries and regions
• Experience supporting distributed or remote teams across time zones
• High emotional intelligence with a track record of building trust, navigating sensitive situations
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices in the U.S. and international jurisdictions
