📋 Description

• Execution and Problem Solving: Identify issues, challenge assumptions, and proactively run problems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years supporting a product or engineering
• Proven track record of change management.
• Business acumen and ability to connect People strategy to business outcomes.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with ability to build trust with senior leaders.
• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Solid knowledge of California and federal labor laws.
