  • Commercial mindset; align People decisions to business
  • Handled performance management, probation, and tough situations
  • Self-sufficient; manage senior stakeholders and ambiguity
  • Clear, direct communication across audiences and seniority
  • Bonus: scaling People function to 150–300+ headcount or L&D
