📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day of the People function; partner across the business
• Partner with managers on performance, probation and employee relations
• Lead People projects: performance frameworks, L&D, culture
• Ensure operational processes are documented, AI-first, scalable
• Collaborate with the VP to execute People strategy as we scale internationally

🎯 Requirements

• People generalist; comfortable with partnering, ops, and delivery
• Startup/scaleup background; building from scratch
• Commercial mindset; align People decisions to business
• Handled performance management, probation, and tough situations
• Self-sufficient; manage senior stakeholders and ambiguity
• Clear, direct communication across audiences and seniority
• Bonus: scaling People function to 150–300+ headcount or L&D
