📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders on workforce decisions tied directly to commercial outcomes
• Own employee relations resolution for client group end to end, using working knowledge of Kenyan
• Support organizational change initiatives including restructuring, process redesign, and
• Translate business growth into people decisions that keep teams scaling with the business

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive HR/People Partner experience, including direct experience advising
• Working knowledge of Kenyan employment law and the regulatory environment, with direct experience
• Demonstrated experience contributing to org design, workforce planning, or performance frameworks
