📋 Description

Be the People face for APJ GTM teams
Deliver HR support with cross-timezone collaboration
Coach managers on org health and performance
Design and run end-to-end manager development
Lead annual cycles: reviews, talent, comp, engagement
Identify and deploy AI-enabled HR tools and workflows

🎯 Requirements

7+ years progressive HR experience
ER/case management in APJ markets (Japan, Singapore, Australia)
Experience navigating global teams and building relationships
Ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic global matrix
Experience designing AI-enabled HR solutions
