Senior People Partner

📋 Description

• Partner with leaders across Product & Technology, Marketing, and Finance to translate business
• Advise on organizational design, headcount planning, team structures, succession planning, and
• Build trusted relationships with leaders, managers, and employees, providing candid, practical, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in HR, People Partner, or HR Business

• Previous experience in technology or SaaS environments is preferred, while experience in
