📋 Description

• Partner with senior Product Development leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned
• Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, team effectiveness
• Analyze people data, business performance indicators, and employee feedback to identify emerging
• Lead complex talent discussions, including performance management, succession planning, employee
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Operations, Learning & Development
• Coach leaders in building inclusive and accountable team environments where employees understand

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of progressive HR Business Partner, People Partner, or equivalent strategic HR
• A minimum of 3 years partnering directly with director- and VP-level leaders in a technology, SaaS
• Experience supporting organizations of 300 or more employees through periods of growth
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, performance
• Experience supporting Product, Engineering, Design, Data, or other technical teams, with an
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect people and organizational decisions to business

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary: $157,000–$235,000 USD, depending on relevant experience, job-related
