📋 Description

• Advise Tech/Data/Product leaders on HR, growth, and employee relations.
• Line-manage and mentor a People Partner and support their growth.
• Use people data to support workforce planning and org design.
• Collaborate with Talent, Reward, and PeopleOps to drive lifecycle HR initiatives.
• Champion DEI and embed it in people processes.
• Collaborate on People projects and cross-functional initiatives.
