Senior People Partner, Revenue (East/Central Preferred)

📋 Description

• Partner with Revenue leaders on people priorities: org design and workforce planning.
• Provide guidance on complex employee matters balancing experience, risk, and business needs.
• Build trusted relationships across Revenue and the People Team.
• Raise concerns and push for better decisions when risks exist.
• Stay steady in difficult conversations with calm, structure, and judgment.
• Lead Revenue people processes: performance, compensation, promotions, development, and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a People Partner or HRBP in tech or fast-moving global environment.
• Experience supporting Revenue, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or other customer-facing teams.
• HR expertise in employee relations, performance, talent, compensation, org design, and coaching.
• Excellent communication, ability to tailor messages and align stakeholders.
• Ability to push back with confidence and respect; challenge leaders when needed.
• Experience supporting global or distributed teams across regions, cultures, and time zones.
