Senior People Programs Manager

📋 Description

• Design and scale programs across the full employee lifecycle.
• Translate needs into structured programs with clear phases, owners, and timelines.
• Partner with HRBPs, People Ops, Finance, Legal, and IT to define ownership.
• Manage multiple programs in parallel.
• Drive adoption and enablement; lead training for employees when appropriate.
• Define leading and lagging indicators to evaluate program health and iteration.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in people programs with full-lifecycle ownership.
• Experience scaling people programs through high-growth stages (100-1000+ employees).
• Proven end-to-end program ownership and iteration.
• Experience diagnosing and rebuilding underperforming programs.
• Strong judgment on People Programs vs HRBP/People Ops boundaries.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication; experience leading training and enablement sessions.
• Comfort with ambiguity; turn complex problems into clear solutions.
