📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end design, delivery, management, and continuous improvement of company-wide talent

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree such as an MSc or PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational
• Strong knowledge of experimental design, psychometrics, survey methodology, inferential statistics
• Demonstrated experience applying scientific and analytical methods in practical, fast-moving
• Proven ability to own active talent program cycles end-to-end, revisit assumptions using data, and
• Experience designing, evaluating, or improving talent programs such as engagement surveys
• Ability to use AI and low-code tools to develop self-service dashboards, lightweight applications

• Base salary of $100,000–$137,500 CAD.
