📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to leaders at all levels for regular People needs
• Mentor and advise leaders at all levels to effectively and efficiently resolve routine employee
• Manage complex employee relations and performance issue cases for assigned business functions and
• Work closely with leadership to improve relationships with employees, build morale and engagement
• Advise leaders within assigned business functions on hiring decisions and workforce planning
• Enable successful execution of annual performance management programs for assigned business

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience serving as an HR Business Partner for a high-growth organization.
• PHR, SPHR, or other HR certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Strong working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, employee
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills including the demonstrated ability to build
• Self starter with demonstrated experience taking initiative to continuously improve processes and
