Senior People Technology Analyst - Workday

📋 Description

• Lead Absence Management in Workday: eligibility rules and accruals.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll to integrate requirements into Workday.
• Review system changes to drive process improvements and efficiency.
• Build and modify custom reports for standard optimization.
• Triage and configure Workday enhancements across HCM, Benefits, Timecards, and payroll.
• Build and maintain org hierarchies, custom objects, and security roles.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in fast-growing global companies; 2+ years in Workday Absence configuration.
• Workday business process configuration, security, and org configuration.
• Workday HCM, Benefits, and Core HCM in US and international locations.
• Experience writing and testing scenarios for system implementations.
• Experience supporting planning, requirements gathering, testing, and launch.
• Strong understanding of leave/absence management, accruals, and compliance.
