Senior PeopleOps Partner (HRBP) - India

📋 Description

• Partner with leaders to support growth and employee experience.
• Coach managers on performance, development, and engagement.
• Lead employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management.
• Drive initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and capability.
• Own core People Operations in India: onboarding, payroll, leave, policy.
• Partner with Recruiting, Finance, Payroll, IT for a seamless experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of HR across HRBP and HR Generalist/People Ops.
• Strong employee relations experience handling complex workplace matters.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
• Solid understanding of Indian employment laws and HR best practices.
• Comfortable owning operational HR responsibilities while advising leaders.
• Startup or SaaS experience is a plus.
