Senior Performance Advertising Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and optimize buyer-side performance marketing systems.
• Design algorithms and data pipelines for ROAS and attribution.
• Scale real-time attribution data pipelines.
• Own architecture and end-to-end evaluation and scaling.
• Work across Mobile, CTV, Video, and Desktop formats.
• Address SKAdNetwork and Privacy Sandbox constraints.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering in performance advertising
• Experience with RTB, programmatic bidding, or MTA
• OpenRTB DSP/SSP familiarity
• Attribution data pipelines and MTA know-how
• Data engineering with Spark, Flink, Kafka
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or C++
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Math/Stats or related field
