Senior Performance Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead cross functional project work as directed, working with other teams at the firm as required.
• Provide day-to-day coaching of junior team members on processes and analysis requests.
• Proactively identify issues or opportunities for process improvements; propose and lead
• Ensure firm adheres to Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS); coordinate work with
• Work closely with Portfolio Managers and Client Portfolio Managers to support ad-hoc analysis
• Calculate, analyze, and report portfolio, security, and benchmark performance in ways best serving

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Accounting or Finance, or related field.
• 3 years of experience as an investment analyst, finance/economics research analyst, performance
• Experience with conventions of performance analysis and risk measurement.
• Data management skills on Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with Global Investment Performance Standards.
• Analysis of macroeconomic trends and development of clear, insightful visualizations using tools
