📋 Description

• Own creative strategy and execution for assigned clients, serving as their primary creative point
• Translate client goals, audience insights, and performance data into creative strategies and
• Lead concept development and scripting across hooks, angles, formats, and storytelling approaches.
• Guide our in-house content team and external creators through production, providing clear briefs

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in performance creative strategy, with a track record of concepting
• A strong writer and storyteller who understands how hooks, pacing, messaging, and visual execution
• Creative and analytical in equal measure. You can find meaningful signals in performance data and
• Comfortable owning the full creative process, from an initial idea through production, delivery
• Confident working directly with clients, explaining your thinking, and turning feedback into
• Organized and decisive, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple accounts.
