Senior Performance Engineer

📋 Description

• Ensure performance, scalability, and resilience of H&M’s large-scale systems (SAP platforms
• Design and execute load, stress, soak, and spike tests for microservice architectures using k6 and
• Shape performance practices by building standards, automated frameworks, and test orchestration
• Identify bottlenecks from HTTP layer to infrastructure and pod scheduling, leading root-cause
• Instrument and monitor services with Splunk and Dynatrace; create dashboards and alerts
• Collaborate with platform teams to optimize AKS clusters and overall system performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance or reliability engineering in high-traffic distributed systems
• Hands-on expertise with performance testing tools such as k6, LoadRunner, or similar
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS), KEDA, cloud-native infra and observability tools
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex performance issues in production
• Scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
