📋 Description

• Hands-on growth role to scale paid acquisition campaigns
• Own one or two paid channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google) with potential to expand
• Collaborate with content/product to launch high-converting landing pages
• Test and optimize creative, audiences, and placements for CAC/LTV improvements
• Monitor performance daily and drive data-driven decisions
• Scale campaigns while maintaining CAC/ROAS goals

🎯 Requirements

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, dashboards
• Strong creative instincts: write briefs, analyze hooks, iterate fast
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion
