Collaborate with content and product teams to optimize landing pages
Explore new channels (TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, Native, ASA) as performance warrants

🎯 Requirements

4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
Managed 300K–1M+/month paid media spend
Full ownership of campaign execution, results, optimization
Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA or native
Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, dashboards
Strong creative instincts: briefs, hooks, rapid iteration
