Senior Performance Marketer (Full Remote - Germany)

📋 Description

• Lead paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google) by performance
• Build scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets
• Run high-velocity testing loops for creatives, audiences, placements
• Monitor performance daily with Voluum, GA4, dashboards
• Drive decisions via CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort analysis
• Create internal reporting frameworks to guide strategic shifts

🎯 Requirements

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Manage $300K–$1M+/month paid media spend
• Own campaign execution, results, and optimization
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native
• GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards
• Landing page & funnel optimization; strong creative briefs
