Senior Performance Marketer (Full Remote - Greece)

📋 Description

• Campaign Ownership and Scaling: lead one or two paid channels, build scalable acquisition funnels
• Performance Analysis and Strategy: monitor daily using Voluum/GA4, drive decisions from CPA/ROAS
• Creative & Funnel Optimization: own creative briefs, collaborate on high-converting landing
• Partnership Management & Media Strategy: cultivate traffic-source relationships, negotiate

🎯 Requirements

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition; proven track record managing substantial
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms; strong analytical fluency (GA4
• Strong creative instincts; ability to write briefs and iterate based on hooks and performance data.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion; ownership of campaigns end-to-end.
• Soft skills: excellent English communication, ownership mindset, speed and execution balance
