Senior Performance Marketer (Full Remote - Netherlands)

📋 Description

• Own one or two paid acquisition channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google), scaling campaigns and
• Build and iterate on acquisition funnels, launching and testing high-converting landing pages
• Run high-velocity testing loops (creatives, audiences, placements) to optimize CAC and LTV
• Monitor performance daily using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards; drive decisions via CPA
• Develop internal reporting frameworks to guide strategic shifts and tactical moves
• Own creative briefing (hooks, formats, angles) and collaborate with content/product teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms
• Analytical fluency with GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, and dashboards
• Strong creative instincts: ability to write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast
