📋 Description

• Lead paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google) and expand scope
• Build scalable funnels and run high-velocity tests
• Monitor CPA/ROAS; optimize CAC and LTV
• Own creative briefs; collaborate on landing pages
• Manage traffic partners; negotiate premium deals
• Create SOPs and automation for scaling campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Managed $300K–$1M+/mo paid media spend
• Own campaign execution, results, and optimization
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, dashboards
• Creative instincts; write briefs and iterate hooks
