• Lead and manage paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit, YouTube, X, and
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, and SEO teams to align campaign
• Monitor campaign performance daily, implementing optimization strategies to improve click-through
• Develop and maintain a structured performance review process, analyzing weekly results, identifying
• Report bi-weekly to marketing leadership and key stakeholders on budget utilization, campaign
• Partner with Revenue Operations to strengthen campaign attribution, tracking accuracy, and data

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in performance marketing or demand generation, preferably within a B2B
• Proven track record of managing annual paid media budgets exceeding $1 million while delivering
• Extensive hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, with familiarity
• Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing strategies, including enterprise demand
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with Revenue Operations and Marketing Operations teams to
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and performance measurement tools, with the ability to interpret
