🎯 Requirements

• Strong full-funnel performance marketing expertise, covering audience research, creative angles
• Demonstrable experience in performance marketing, ideally within an agency or consumer brand
• Previous responsibility for managing advertising spend at a seven-figure level or above.
• A strong understanding of paid social advertising, creative testing, campaign scaling, and
• The ability to translate campaign data and KPIs into actionable creative and strategic improvements.
