📋 Description

• Own and manage paid advertising across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit, YouTube, X, and other relevant
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, ABM, and SEO teams to align campaign strategy, optimize
• Report regularly to marketing leadership and stakeholders on budget attainment, campaign
• Partner with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to improve campaign attribution, tracking, data quality
• Establish daily campaign optimization practices to improve key performance metrics, including
• Conduct weekly performance reviews to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable optimization

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing within a B2B SaaS company or
• Demonstrated success managing annual paid media budgets of $1 million or more and delivering
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience collaborating with RevOps and marketing operations teams to maintain accurate campaign
• Strong knowledge of campaign experimentation, A/B testing, performance optimization, and
• Experience with account-based paid media strategies and aligning marketing campaigns with sales

🎁 Benefits

• Annual salary range (United States): $148,000–$200,000 USD.
• Location-based salary examples: New York City, Boston, and Los Angeles: $174,000–$200,000 USD
• Final compensation is based on geographic location, experience, expertise, and other relevant
• Work arrangement: Fully remote within the United States.
