Senior Performance Marketing Manager, SMB

📋 Description

• Own and optimize day-to-day SEM for SMB verticals (lending, cards, insurance).
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments across audiences, bidding, and landing pages.
• Develop dashboards using Salesforce, Looker, Snowflake to measure performance.
• Manage campaigns across Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Ads.
• Build and scale paid social programs on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok.
• Partner with Product, Analytics, BI, Creative, and Marketing to align channel strategy with SMB goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on SEM and performance marketing experience.
• Deep familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Snowflake, Looker, or similar.
• Strong analytical mindset to build reports and derive insights.
• Demonstrated success designing and executing structured experiments.
• Experience with paid social channels including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok.
