📋 Description

• Leads the ICSR management team as Team Leader; line-manages ICSR staff
• Ensures task distribution and oversees workflow for projects
• Maintains cooperation with clients in ICSR Management
• Works under supervision of ICSR Operational Lead
• Creates and maintains project KPIs for contracted ICSR activities
• Supports other departments and acts as SME for the assigned team

🎯 Requirements

• Life science or healthcare qualification; pharmacovigilance experience
• Minimum 1 year in a line manager role; Medical Device experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization, multitasking, and delegation abilities
• Planning and time management skills; technical proficiency
• English fluent and MS Office literacy
