Leads the team responsible for ICSR management as Team Leader
Line manages ICSR staff and distributes tasks across projects
Oversees workflow and ensures cooperation with clients in ICSR Management
Contributes to company goals and works under supervision of ICSR Operational Lead
Supports project team activities for client/company needs
Maintains project-specific KPIs and optimizes procedures

🎯 Requirements

Life science or healthcare qualification plus pharmacovigilance experience
Minimum 1 year of line management experience in PV
Medical Device experience required
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational, delegation and time management skills
Technical skills and teamwork; fluent English; advanced MS Office
