📋 Description

• Leads ICSR management team for projects; line manages ICSR staff
• Allocates tasks and oversees workflow for assigned projects
• Ensures cooperation with clients in ICSR Management
• Aims to achieve company goals and objectives
• Reports to ICSR Operational Lead and supports project team activities
• Maintains project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities

🎯 Requirements

• Life science, pharmacy, nursing or healthcare qualification with pharmacovigilance experience
• Minimum 1 year in line management within pharmacovigilance
• Medical Device experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational, multitasking and delegation skills
• English fluent; advanced MS Office literacy
