📋 Description

• Leads the team responsible for ICSR management as Team Leader.
• Line manages ICSR staff and ensures task distribution across projects.
• Oversees workflow and maintains project KPIs for ICSR activities.
• Supports project team activities for clients and the company.
• Acts as SME for the assigned team and supports RA & PV Network as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Life science graduate or healthcare/pharmacovigilance background.
• Minimum 1 year in line management within pharmacovigilance.
• Medical Device experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational, delegation, planning, and time management skills.
• Technical skills and team-working ability.
