📋 Description

• Leads the team responsible for ICSR management for a selected project
• Line manages ICSR staff and distributes tasks across projects
• Ensures effective cooperation with clients in ICSR Management
• Contributes to company goals and departmental objectives
• Operates under supervision of ICSR Operational Lead
• Provides support to project team and prepares KPI data

🎯 Requirements

• Life science graduate or related healthcare qualification
• Minimum 1 year in line manager role in pharmacovigilance
• Medical Device experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organization, multitasking and delegation skills
• Planning, time management and technical skills
