Leads the team responsible for ICSR management for a selected project or group of projects as Team
Ensures adequate distribution of tasks for assigned projects and teams and oversees the workflow
Maintains cooperation with clients in ICSR Management
Contributes to achieving company goals and objectives
Works under supervision of ICSR Operational Lead
Provides support to other project team activities for the client and the company

🎯 Requirements

Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing or healthcare qualification with pharmacovigilance
Minimum 1 year in a line manager role and strong pharmacovigilance background
Medical Device experience required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking
Delegation, planning and time management abilities
