• Act as primary contact for project-related matters.
• Manage client expectations and ensure service quality.
• Prepare project scope and objectives based on agreement.
• Plan project activities, deadlines, and milestones.
• Report Monthly updates for client and management, supporting invoicing.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven pharmacovigilance activities: ICSRs processing, quality review, aggregate reports
• PV Project Management experience, preferably in a service provider / CRO.
• Healthcare professional or Life Science degree.
• Comfort communicating with senior levels in pharma.
• Strong leadership: planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation, problem solving.
