📋 Description

• Serve as an integrated member of the clinic team, partnering with providers, nurses, and staff to
• Educate patients on pharmacy services and help them navigate their medication journey.
• Support specialty and retail prescription medication needs for patients.
• Conduct medication adherence outreach and refill coordination to help patients stay on therapy.
• Assist with prior authorizations, insurance issues, and patient financial assistance programs.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and the Patient Service Center to ensure seamless patient support.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the state of employment required.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT or ExCPT) required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience required; 3-5 years preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with patients
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
