📋 Description

• Senior silicon physical design engineer to join Graphcore’s AI silicon team.
• Work on high-quality RTL to final chip layout (GDSII) for signoff-quality designs.
• Collaborate with architecture, packaging and product engineering on leading-edge nodes.
• Own designs and champion improvements to flows, methodologies and tooling.
• Contribute to end-to-end design activities across physical design responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related with 3+ years of industry
• Motivated self-starter, team player with strong problem solving
• Proficient in Tcl and Python scripting for design issues
• Experience in 7nm or smaller technologies
• Broad experience with physical design flows: Floorplanning, Synthesis, Place-and-Route, Clock CTS
• Knowledge of silicon transistors, std cell libraries/memories, 2D/3D design (CoWoS, UCIe), and chip
